BillBook ("the app") is developed by IntelliStack. This policy explains how the app handles your information. We respect your privacy and have designed the app to keep your data private and on your own device.
BillBook does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal or business data on our servers. The app works fully offline. All information you enter — including invoices, customer details, business profile, and reports — is stored locally on your device only.
All your business data is saved in your device's local storage. We have no access to it. You can create a backup file at any time and save it to Google Drive, Files, or any location you choose. Restoring is done by you, from a file you select.
The app may request the following permissions:
Storage: To save invoice PDFs, Excel exports, and backup files to your device's Downloads folder.
Notifications: To alert you when a file has finished downloading.
Internet/Billing: Used only to process in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. No business data is sent over the internet.
Optional Pro upgrades are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment details. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how payment information is handled.
The app uses Google Play Billing for purchases. It does not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or any third-party data collection services.
The app is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
